  • Do you offer ADA accommodations for those that may need them?

    Yes. Globe Iron features full ADA compliance. ADA tickets will be available for purchase on AXS.com. It is our intent to serve all patrons equally and to offer an accessible event experience. If you or a member of your party require specific ADA accommodations, we ask that you email info@globeironcle.com reasonably in advance of the event you are attending so we can make every effort to accommodate specific requests.

  • Are children admitted free?

    Children 2 and younger are admitted free with a paid adult ticket into Globe Iron events. However, some events may have different age requirements at the producer’s and venue’s discretion.

  • Are you cashless in the venue?

    Globe Iron is a cashless venue for all beverage and snack purchase locations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • What is your bag policy?

    For security reasons, we do not allow backpacks, draw-string bags, or big purses. Maximum allowable bag size is 12” W x 12” H x 6” D. Small purses and fanny packs are allowed. Upon entry, your bag will be subject to search by security.

  • Do you serve food and alcohol?

    There are light snack options. We have a full-service bar and all patrons must present their ID to receive a wristband to purchase alcohol.

  • Is there re-entry?

    No, you cannot re-enter the venue once you leave.

  • How do I buy tickets?

    Tickets are available online 24/7 at AXS.com or from our calendar page. We do not support third party ticketing platforms, so be sure to purchase your tickets directly from our ticketing partner - AXS.

  • Do you have a box office? What are the hours?

    Our box office is not open yet, but more details on hours and location are coming soon. For box office questions, please reach out to boxoffice@globeironcle.com.

  • Do you offer coat check?

    Yes. Our coat check is located in the main lobby upon entry.

  • Where can I park?

    Parking for Globe Iron can be found directly behind the venue at 2414 Center St. and can be accessed off of Center Street. Additional parking can be found in various lots on the West Bank.

  • What is the camera policy?

    Professional cameras, GoPros, and cameras with detachable lenses will not be allowed inside the venue.

  • Is there a smoking area?

    There will be a designated smoking section located in the courtyard of the venue.

  • How do I transfer tickets?

    Tickets can be transferred on AXS Mobile ID digital tickets. If the recipient has an AXS account, they will receive the tickets right away. Otherwise, they’ll need to create an AXS account to claim the tickets and they’ll need the AXS app to use the tickets. Make sure the recipient accepts the transfer for the transfer to be complete.

  • The show I have tickets to rescheduled/cancelled. What do I do?

    CANCELLATION: Credit card purchases through AXS.com or our venue box offices will be automatically refunded. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to hit your account. For tickets purchased using cash at our box office, refunds are available at your original point of purchase.

    POSTPONED: Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, contact your point of purchase.

  • What if I bought a ticket from a third party?

    We cannot verify the authenticity of third-party vendors. With any concerns or changes, always contact your original point of purchase.

  • My ticket says General Admission. What does that mean?

    General Admission means there are no assigned seats.

  • What is Quick Pass?

    Why wait longer? Skip the line with Quick Pass. Add the Quick Pass upgrade to your event tickets to bypass the main entry line. Upon arrival at the venue, have your Quick Pass ticket ready to be scanned at the main entrance. Purchase a Quick Pass upgrade by stopping by the Box Office or you can select the upgrade when purchasing your tickets online at AXS.com.
    *Please note: Quick Pass requires a separate event ticket for admission. Subject to availability. Limited upgrades are available for each show.

What Can I Bring?

  • ALLOWED
    • Small purses and fanny packs
    • Masks are permitted; however, they must be removed at security screenings and alcohol point of sales; apart from medical or religious items
    • Non-professional cameras with lens shorter than 6”
  • PROHIBITED ITEMS
    • Abusive, foul, or disruptive language
    • Ticket scalping
    • Trespassing, soliciting, peddling, and loitering
    • Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and harmful chemicals
    • Excessive amounts of prescription drugs, narcotic or non-narcotic. Prescriptions must match the ID of the person in possession and must be in its respective bottle.
    • Weapons and weaponized props: knives of any length, mace/pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons and firearms, etc.
    • Animals (except certified service animals)
    • Aerosol cans or pressurized containers
    • Permanent markers, spray paint, stickers, flyers
    • Poster Tubes
    • Umbrellas
    • Dance or flow props
    • Spikes or studs (shoes, bracelets, rings, clothing, etc.)
    • Laptops, tablet computers, two-way radios
    • Selfie Sticks, poles, and projectile-type devices
    • Large bags or backpacks; including laptop bags
    • Outside food, beverages, or alcohol
    • Bottles, flasks, cans, or coolers
    • Professional cameras, Go-Pros, drones, etc.
    • Chairs, booster seats, stools, or other seating devices
    • Skateboards, bikes, helmets, hover-boards, roller blades, roller shoes, ice skates, etc.
    • Inflatables of any kind including beach balls, or any missile or object that can be used as a projectile or interfere with the progress of an event
    • Glow sticks, glitter, confetti, streamers, etc.
    • LED items (laser pointers/pens, flashlights)
    • Noisemakers (airhorns, whistles, cowbells, etc.)
    • Pyrotechnics and fireworks (smoke bombs, flares, sparklers, or incendiary devices)
    • Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems
    • Wrapped items or gifts
    • Devices deemed suspicious by security in its sole discretion are prohibited. Guests should be prepared to demonstrate any device’s operational use upon request.
    • Any other item or action deemed dangerous, unnecessary, inappropriate, or suspicious in nature by any Globe Iron team member.
